It’s a long, lonely road, but if you want to make sure you’re having the best time, you can now access your social media feeds from your smartphone.
You’ll need a Twitter account and an Instagram account.
Social sharing is already available for iOS and Android users, but the new feature lets you search for a post or comment in any of the social networks you use, or search for the post or comments directly on your phone.
The new feature is a feature we’re really excited about, says David Karp, co-founder of social sharing site Zomba.
It makes it much easier to discover content you’re passionate about.
You can even search for other users who are sharing the same content, he says.
It will be fun to see how quickly this new feature spreads across platforms, Karp says.
“We’re always working on the platform-specific aspects, and this new social sharing is really cool because it brings us a lot closer to being able to make this kind of integration for iOS, Android and desktop users,” he says, adding that Zombacare’s new app is “coming very soon”.
It’s not the first time that social sharing has made its way to iOS devices, but Zombas first app, Zombast, is the first to have it built-in to the mobile platform.
“We really hope that people will try and use the app, and then share it back to us,” Karp adds.
Zombafit is currently available for free in the App Store and Google Play, with additional features like a search function and more, but it isn’t expected to hit the AppStore until later this year.
Social sharing will be a big part of the mobile world for years to come, says Karp.
“You’re going to see more and more social sharing on the app,” he adds.
“There will be more and better and more integrated social sharing.”
